I can’t clearly articulate this thought or question well, but I’ve noticed for many years especially when I’m in a group of other women they will mention someone they think is pretty and will say something to the effect of, for example, “that girl is so pretty. She’s the kind of girl who could get anyone she wants. Then there’s girls like us” Then I’ll start to feel self-conscious like I’m nothing special or I’m not that pretty. I experience this often and find it to be really low vibrational. I’ll be feeling like a total baddie and then these conversations come up out of nowhere.

Try not to let every person's judgement rattle you. There are a whole lot of dbags out there (guys and girls) and their opinions shouldn't affect you so intensely.
When I was little, a friend and I used to sit in cafes and play a game "pick out the classy gals" and picked out only the styles and mannerisms we ended up wanting to adopt in our own lives. (Some stuck, some still need work, tbh, but it's something that still helps me pick out styles and habits I admire today.)
It doesn't matter if you're a modelesque beauty or a plane jane, what matters is that you comport yourself with dignity and grace so that your inner beauty shines through. You'll be fine, kiddo. Chin up.
It's a gut impulse thing. You're comparing yourself to the person you're focused on (the hottie of the moment).
