Men, do you feel awkward or uncomfortable if women approach you?

Question

All my friends are women and we usually hang out in large groups, recently one of my friends mustered the courage to approach random men. If a girl says she thinks a man is cute (in public) she gets up from her seat walks to him and tells him “hi my friend thinks you are cute would you like her number?” And usually they always say yes but i was wondering if this makes men uncomfortable or creeped out? I know no man speaks for all men but in general is this something you’d entertain should i do this to get to know men or help my friends out?

Lazy guys and guys who like more desperate women like when a woman approaches them and initiates. It takes the burden off them and then fosters a connection from the start where the woman has to initiate every new step (or beg the guy to initiate it) towards progress in their relationship.

If the girl is just looking for a one night stand it doesn’t matter who approaches whom, but if it’s someone looking for a long term thing from a guy? The guy should man up and initiate.

I wish for my crush to give me choosing signals every day. As for strangers approaching me, I don’t feel uncomfortable. It has happened to me twice in my late 20s. I dated one of them too. Just make sure you’re at least above average so you don’t risk the embarrassment of rejection. I don’t care about looks that much but I feel most men would reject someone who isn’t attractive.

People still do that? That happened to me as a teenager and in my 20s, and I was perfectly fine with it. I didn't always take it seriously, though, and I suspect that that is the biggest hurdle you'd have to overcome- a guy thinking it's a prank.
