How do I go about casually asking her for a picture?

Not nude, not underdressed. Just something regular. I have reason to believe she's into me (she's even said so), but, she hasn't sent any pictures. I have. So, I'm not sure why she isn't. How do I go about getting just ONE picture, in general

Bro, I'd tread lightly here. Unwanted requests for photos can come across kinda creepy. Since you said she's into you though, maybe try complimenting her first to soften it up.

Find something specific you like about her looks and say it genuinely, like "Your smile always brightens my day." Then say something like "You should send me another selfie sometime, I love seeing that beautiful face."

Keep it casual though - don't push if she doesn't want to right then. She'll send one if and when she's comfortable. Wait a few days then change the subject.

Last thing, don't make a big deal if she says no pic. Keep things light and fun between you two. Girls love a dude who makes them laugh! You got this man, just let it happen naturally and respect her boundaries.

Good luck. Sometimes one person sends two and three (PG) pics and the other person sends nothing. It's only reasonable to exchange photos if you're into each other, however it's important not to send a pic without it being requested... and also to request one at the time when you're discussing exchanging pics.

Some people just won't send a pic. I presume that you've met in person already and know one another and are now simply exchanging pics. If you haven't met and she's not willing to send a pic then that's a red flag.
