It means she either doesn't want to talk to you, she isn't interested in you or is put off by you for whatever reason. I guess what does it matter and why would you care? You aren't going to please every person you ever meet in life. This would be an example of that. Just let it go and move on. Maybe she is just a miserable person that doesn't get along with others in general. That's also a possibility. Whatever the case is she doesn't want interact with you and that's her choice. If you force her to then it could be unpleasant. Is that something you want? And unpleasant conversation or interaction? I wouldn't so I'd just shrug it off and go on my way. I suggest you take the same approach and attitude.

Why else she's ignoring me, ghosted me, and blocked me on all platforms. I accidentally hurt her, and all i see in her eyes hate towards me, and I don't exist to her anymore. She wants nothing to do with me anymore, and she doesn't want me in her life at all.
