This is me right now. He came right in front of me and I walked around him! I know im horrible. It means she likes you. At least for me. I act that way because I'm scared he might notice me liking him, especially because I don't know if he's single. Plus I'm very shy, I don't talk much in general so if I do say hi I wouldn't know what to say next so I don't initiate a conversation often. I hope that helped a little
She probably likes you, she's just really shy. A lot of girls do this because they are scared the guy doesn't like them back. You need to tell her how you really feel and show her that your interested (if you are!). Girls are stupid and don't really always understand what hints you guys are giving.
