Do you know how to stop being bullied?

I first ignored them, then told them to stop. I got angry because I don't accept this behavior towards me or anyone else. I tried addressing it on social media, but it only led to more misfortune. These bullies won’t stop. I don’t want to talk to them because I don’t feel safe around them and don’t believe anything they say or will say to me.

I can't give you advise with, as good as, instant results.

I have been bullied a lot throughout my life... but only 1 thing has ever been effective: Moving. For various reasons I have moved a number of times, and that included bullying and threatening behaviour (Death threats)

That, coupled with getting old and being able to stand up for myself better. Don't get me wrong, I am still shaking like a leaf when I am being harassed, threatened, assaulted or attacked (seems to happen an awful lot lately), but I have become much better at keeping it under control and standing my ground.

While I strongly 'object' (lets not get into a 'political rant') to the British Justice system, I will use it for my own benefit. If someone comes after me, unless someone gets physical with me and I have to defend myself, I will report it to the police. I am on good terms with them (some even remember me; not in a negative way of course); while I know the British police forces are struggling, I know they will do their best for me.

In my experience bullies can be dealt with successfully a few different ways. 1) Full frontal force - beat the living shit out of them. That puts a hard stop to it. 2) Embarrass and humiliate them back publicly. Call their bluff. Then consider instigating #1. (I prefer this tactic when possible because I like embarrassing bullies) 3) Ignore them, without showing any fear, until they run out of steam, or find another target.

Unfortunately, bullies exist in all walks of life. From young kids, to teenagers, to adults. They never go away. It's best to learn how to deal with them on your own, because you're going to run into them from time to time throughout adulthood.

I ignore verbal jabs. But you put your paws on me and I f***ing end you. This was always my policy growing up. There words didn't bother me because knew I controlled the situation. I'm kind of big 6'5". And I was always the tallest or one of the tallest kids. And I know how guys think. I know some guys wanted to make thier bones trying to bully me because I was an easy going guy. So I just let them have that if the feel they needed it.

Always try to remember no can take from you what you don't willingly surrender.

Id say violence is the most effective solution for this but another way would be to find their insecurities and when they try to bother you make it a habit to clap back picking on their insecurities and eventually they will know that you will call out their insecurities every time and they will think twice on bothering you.

get a 2 by four or a piece of pipe or even a baseball bat and without saying a word just walk right up to them and give them a good whack across the ridge of their nose. repeat if necessary.
