How do I stop being bullied everywhere I go?

I get bullied everywhere i go, at school, at work. It's not that i don't stand up for myself, its hard to when i get bullied EVERYWHERE :(. I also tried to fix my appearance, be less awkward. But nothing seems to work. I'm not very smart and i'm average looking. I learn slow too. Can somebody tell me the reason please?

Firstly, you need a hug. Secondly, where do you live that people are that immature as adults? There's not a lot to go off on, but finding a few good friends who will show support is a good idea at least.
