What time do you normally go to bed and get up?

I used to sleep very well but I've had difficulty these last few nights for two reasons:

One is I discontinued my loving kindness meditation cause my elevated mood was leading to sexual thoughts and I was relying on my meditation to help me fall asleep at night.

I tried other things and the only thing that got rid of the sexual thoughts was the discontinuation of my meditative activities.

The other is my dad has decided we need to stop eating grain at night and I have difficulty falling asleep when there are no carbs before bed time.

Thanks to my partners I now get sleepy at 930-10 pm. I used to stay up past midnight and wake up at 630 for work. I still wake up at 630 now but I also take naps during the day as well.

Late lately... around 3am i sleep... and around 12pm i wake up... but possible to wake up one or 2 times in between for hour or so

I try to start going to be around 8:00. Sometimes it takes a while. I'm often up at 3:00, some days 4:00z Even the days I don't have to be at work super early, my body clock tends to have me up by 4:30 at the latest.
