My friend flashed me and I don’t know what to do?

There’s this girl I recently became friends with and she ended up flashing me. It made me feel uncomfortable but I didn’t say anything I just pretend everything was okay. We have been friends for that long and that’s why I find it strange. Is this like normal?

Oh man, that does sound weird and uncomfortable. Flashing someone without asking is definitely not cool, even between friends. I'd talk to her and just be honest - say something like "The other day really surprised me and I wasn't expecting that. While I care about you as a friend, stuff like that makes me feel off." Make it clear her actions, not her, are the issue. Hopefully she understands boundaries better now. Don't worry about rocking the boat early on - standing up for yourself is important too. If she gets defensive, just say you need some space but still want to be friends once things feel normal again. You don't owe her physical stuff to stay friends. Hopefully she respects you more going forward. Don't hesitate to bring someone else if you hang out again either. I'm here if you wanna talk more too!
