Do you become irritated and push people away when your period is nearing?

So my period is approaching my mood changes and I crave food. I become irritated and mad very easily these days. I love and adore my boyfriend but every fucking time when my period is approaching i feel like I want my space and i dont want him. Even kinda push him away. Does this happen to you?

What are some examples of you pushing him away? And does he know it’s because your period is coming?

At first I didn’t really want to admit to him that I might be acting crazy cause of my period but eventually I did. But he also noticed it cause it was always the first days of the Month. He would be like is your period coming soon. And I would ask. How do you know? 😭

oh and an example. he might wanna as I would usually but i just prefer less talking more alone time. Ill be like lets talk later im not really in the mood now. but im like this all the time.

It’s better that he knows because then he can take care of you even if that means he’s giving you space. I’ve learned a benefit of mood swings is if you did feel irritated that may not last long.

Do you ever feel lonely after you ask him for space?
