Why do women get mad when you tell them 20 years later that you had a crush on them 20 years ago?

Cause chances are she had a crush on you as well. So 20 years later she’s more than likely married or been w someone for a number of years, maybe even has a child or two w that person. So when you bring it up 20 years later those feelings may have been stirred up. She probably wondered at one time what her life would have been w you, especially if she’s w a man now who isn’t the best, maybe he’s a bum.

It’s frustrating now because of what could’ve happened then, I don't know why that concept is hard to understand. Of course that’s my opinion for if she did have mutual feelings, if she didn’t then now it’s just annoying. Like why reach out to confess a crush 20 years ago? Do you currently not have other options? That’s what I would think if I didn’t like the guy back then.
