When was the last time you had your period, do you follow it regularly and what brand of pads or what do you use during your period?

Last time I had my period was since August 2022 because I got contraception Jag I. My ass made me take a few epileptic fits but it was just agreeing with my body I only had one so through it. it stopped my periods and then as it was fading off I got my mirena coil inserted and I've not have my periods from August 2022 and my coil doesn't need to be removed until 2029 feel so great without periods

I have an irregular period but I mainly use Libra if I use pads but now I use a bunch of different brand period underwear I have a menstrual cup just haven’t used it yet
