I come from a broken family and often has narcissistic tendencies, is the foremost reason she left me. I was comfortable with the distance. However as time passes, it boils down. I seek to get in touch with her in every 6 months. Be it simply following on social media or sending a 'Hi'. But from then onn it feels, I would be responsible and I drop her.
It was too much. Last time we met, both of us didn't speak a word. Silence was gruelling. I wanted to avoid her since she left me hurt and betrayed.
But somehow I can't stop myself from exiting her life.
It disturbs a part of me when I see her at work. She avoids me but that makes me chase for her attention. But somewhere I can't take her out of my mind or consider her being with anyone.

It sounds like you've got some conflicting feelings for this girl man. On one hand, she really hurt you by leaving and you're still carrying some anger over that. But then you also can't fully let her go.
When someone breaks your heart, it's hard to undo those feelings even after time passes. You probably still care about her deep down, as much as you don't want to. And not having closure probably doesn't help.
My advice would be to have an honest talk with her, just you two, and get everything out in the open. Tell her why what she did messed you up, and be really real about the pain it caused. But also listen to her side - there may have been stuff going on you don't know about.
Hearing the truth straight from her could help you process it better and get some closure. Then you'll know for sure if it's time to finally move on, or if there's still a chance at being friends down the line.
Either way dude, for your own sake you gotta quit chasing after her attention. That's just gonna drag it out and mess with your head even more. Hope this perspective helps - keep your chin up bro!
You love the thought of being with her. It’s gonna be hard but it’s worth it. Move on slowly and gently you will be amazed the next person you’ll meet.
Best of luck.
