What does it mean when a guy keeps staring at me when he already has a girlfriend?

This guy keeps looking at me and saying hi to me every chance he gets and also once when he was driving in his car he saw me so he pressed his car horn just to say hi and he always be smiling every time he sees me whyy? So I asked him if he wants to hangout sometimes but he said he can't Because he have girlfriend and than he was like" if I didn't have a girlfriend I would go with you" but after tht he still be looking At me smiling and I just can't stop thinking about him he drives me nuts ughh I don't knw what to do he really is confusing but so adorable what should I do?

Don't pay attention to any of his advances. Seriously, he has a girlfriend & you inviting him to 'hang-out' opens up an opportunity for him to cheat. He obviously likes you, so he pays you extra attention but if he truly wanted to be with you then he'd break it off with his current girl & pursue you officially. IMO, if he has a girlfriend, who gives a f*ck if he's cute & pays me attention? To me he's already a loser.

this guys either a player or a fool! if he has a girlfriend that he loves, then he's a fool (stay away from fools, they just break hearts) if he's a player then he's trying to get a couple girls on the side (like meeting in a motel/hotel). my best advice is to ignore him!

He wants what he can't have. Or, maybe he would consider breaking up with her for you. You're responsible for your actions, not his. So, you can give him a choice. Tell him, "it's either her or me. Take your pick." That way, it's all on him.
