Yeah when I was younger I used to feel completely fine no cramps or anything.. but now that I'm older and I have severe depression I usually get super depressed that week and a little before.. I suppose if I still had friends and places to go I would probably feel better lol.

happiness is a general feeling, so we are happy even when period cramps try to send us to the other side of the mirror... it's just hard to show when you are gritting your teeth, trying not to cry from the pain...

Yes I can however I realized I have pmdd which sometimes really does affect my mental health

the cramps come and go and aren't constant, you just never know when they do come. i just take a painkiller and go on with my day
