Talking to a woman you don't know on the street without an important reason is always catcalling even if it is just a "hello" or "good morning" and nothing else.

Complimenting a woman's physical appearance even if it isn't especially vulgar is still catcalling if she isn't your lover (ex. "Hey beautiful," "You look really nice")

It is only catcalling if you are vulgar or otherwise rude (ex. making a comment on her body, telling her to smile, following her)

Catcalling is something that is done from a distance, like yelled from a passing car or from down the block or across the street. It is done by yelling. The things that you have listed in the poll are just considered conversation.
