Why did “Lost” girls nude calendar never happen?

You remember the tv show lost? My friend went From uk to the USA to work on a nice calendar featuring girls from the cast. Luckily he leaked some of the test shots to me (which were spectacular by the way ) but it never ended up getting released. I always wondered why? Surely it would have sold!!

Could be anything from the actors not wanting to do it to the showrunners thinking it would be bad publicity
