Do never nudes actually exist?

Never nude, properly called "vestiphobia", is the fear of being naked. It was popularized by the TV show "Arrested Development" as seen in the clip bellow. But how prevalent is it? Do you know any? Are you one?

Oops I messed up. Vestiphobia is the fear of clothes, gymnophobia is a never nude.
