Not an acceptable thing from anyone really. Although, most disrespectful comment I've ever gotten was ironically from an older man with a MAGA hat.

I was in upstate NY, which is mostly Trump country, and stopped at a shopping center to grab a few things for a camping weekend. On the phone with 1 earbud with my grandma and we speak Czech. I'm in a sun dress and a hat, which is usually my go to style during the summer. This older man, I want to say he was around his 50's, hears me speaking Czech, and I can hear comment to his friend "At least the Russian whores look good" while gesturing for him to look my way. Dudes were barely 10-15 feet from me in the Isle with no one else in the immediate vicinity.

I was in pure shock. By the time my brain processed what happened, they had already walked away and I just went to the front, paid and left.
