Girls, What does it mean if a girl recommends a romantic show for me to watch?

So I have been talking to my colleague which is a girl I have a crush on, and I feel she likes but I'm not quite sure. Lately she recommended a romantic show about how couples meat and get to know each other and she insisted that I watch it. Should I take that as hint that she likes me and wants me to make a move?

There may be other signs but I wouldn’t take this as one. Only because shows like Love Island, Love is Blind, The Bachelor, Married at first sight, are all so freaking popular right now. I’ve never seen men more down to watch a “woman’s show”, yet I know dudes who watch this show on their own.

Maybe. Or it could be just a coincidence. Though it does imply that she thinks you are the kind of guy who would like a show like that and she likes that about you. But either way you should ask her out. You have nothing to lose.
