I like a female coworker. Almost every time we cross paths at work, usually just saying hi or how are you or something like that, she has a nice genuine smile on her face, either open or closed smile, but usually open. And sometimes says what she has to say with enthusiasm.

Is this a good sign she likes me?

Usually we don't have much to time to say much more other than hi/how are you/bye, but we've had conversations before.
