I made this post because of a video I saw on Facebook where I little boy was playing that musical chairs game and instead of taking the chair he let the girl have it instead causing him to be ejected from the game. Everyone was calling him a gentleman. What do women and girls do that would be considered the same?

I assume that you are generalizing here, because not every man or woman is the same.
Some men act like gentlemen and other men and animals almost.
I believe that some women act flirtatious and give off clear signals that they are interested in you that hopefully as a man you can pick up on.
The key word here is affection which I interpret as physical affection.
I believe that it just comes naturally when both of you are engaging in conversation you both enjoy in the beginning.
Looking into each other's eyes and smiling.
I am having trouble answering your question because for me it always just flows naturally and I sometimes don't even have to use my words. My body language does my talking for me.

Yes I do
How do women act the same way men do when men are being gentlemen, but as ladies?
