Girls, Why she did this?

I started conversation with her, few days of greetings then after few days she started to ignore me completely. The. After 3 days of ignoring she was weirdly looking at me and making eye contact when I arrived in common area the same evening she did the same. It appeared to me she wanted me to talk, but the way she was looking at me made me super uncomfortable and scared me literally. Now again ignoring me.

My guess is that she was trying to get your attention and hoping (maybe) you'd ask her out. That is my initial thought. After a few days of waiting she gave up. Now I don't know what this scary look was that she gave you. Was it a mean look or something? Maybe she is just salty that you didn't pick up the clues that she was putting out there and is upset. I mean she doesn't really have a right to act mean if that is what she is doing. You don't owe her anything if you had no intention of asking her out. Honestly it sounds at this point that you move on because it sounds like this isn't going to work by the way she is acting towards you.

She might be waiting for you to make the move. Not always though. She might be unsure on how she feels and trying to see what you’re like / what your thoughts are on her
