Yesterday I was with my colleagues in restaurant. One of them had a nipslip. I tried to warn her through gestures and all. Later I moved my hand towards her breast. Then she slapped me thinking I removed clothes.

Later my other colleagues said to her what happened. I am surprised these colleague didn't say anything to her before.

The teachers at school (women, not girls) would slap the boys a lot, sometimes to ease their tension. This happened when I was under 12. Nothing more than that.
And it's your fault, you could have whispered in her ear. But still, it is risky for men to help women in such a situation.
