Kinda shy girl at work, we've talked a bit but nothing too big.
When she passed by me today, I noticed she tried to make eye contact. I looked back and looked away, and then noticed she was still looking and started smiling. I looked at her again and smiled back, then she kinda looked away and kept smiling. What do you guys think :p

Someone looking at you doesn't mean a whole lot of anything. I wouldn't take it to mean she is for sure interested. The more important thing here is that it shouldn't matter. You should not date coworkers. It is amazing the amount of people here that think this is a good idea and also don't give a single thought to the flipside of how this could all go wrong. What happens if you have a huge fight or even worse... a nasty breakup where you can't stand to be around each other? Are you going to quit and get a new job because you can't be certain that she will. You might then dread going to work everyday and just find it miserable. But no, people don't think about that when they are blinded by infatuation.
