Is this girl not interested in me?

So I sometimes go this place for work. I saw a girl quite hot working there and couple weeks later she approached start chatting to me asking what I'm doing etc. We had casual conversation for quite long time she was verh pleasant and smiley etc.

Next week she was busy but still said hi. Last 2 weeks I been like 2 weeks ago she seemed not even recognise me. And this week she not even look at me at all. After initial approach she seemed into me but can't be? Of course I'm kinda shy so avoid approaching her To.

Maybe if i approach her she be friendly again. But I'm always hesitant and wait for some signal even a smile and hello. Plus I'm not a chatty guy so making conversation is not easy so I don't do often.

There is a possibility that she was just being friendly because she works there. Although there is also the possibility that she was interested in you for a short amount of time. Honestly just shoot your shot you could get turned down but at least you won’t end up regretting not taking the opportunity. Best of luck to you!

What would make a women lose interest. Obviously initial approach was based on perhaps she liked way I looked. Then after maybe she found me boring or something. Sadly I'm just not one for chatting so it's hard work for me

And other issue is I'm not really into dating moreso casual fun so I feel a bit awkward about going for that.
