Is this girl interested me or no?

There is a girl in my college, she started staring at me a lot, I noticed her and I stares at her sometimes. I have found her in the exit gate few times, it seems like if she sits in that site for me to notice her and go to talk her. I said it because the first time, she was near her classmates but the second time she was separated from her classmates and she was closer to the exit gate ("checking" her phone) when I pass, she look at me and I said hi, I asked for her name and other things, etc.

Now I found her in the same place and we always say hi each other, but she hasn't asked me for my name. Her classmates look at me sometimes but she doesn't try talk me if I'm not saying hi first. Sometimes she ignores me too.

What should I do?

Most girls don’t like to be the ones approaching men (even if she likes you , she would wait for you to make the move) . If you like her the best thing Is to approach her and start conversation (try to get to know her a bit / I. e what she likes /her interests ) if you sense there’s a vibe there then ask her out , there’s nothing to lose.
