Is this girl not interested, shy or has she friendzoned me?

I've been hitting on this girl for a while now I've gotten her phone number. But everytime I see her she'll have a bright smile and all. However some other times she'll totally ignore me.

We can have a long conversation with eye contact and the usual flirtatious moves. But sometimes she'll give me the cold shoulder.

I can't ask her out since we work opposite hours and our days off arn't the same so we only see each other at work.

Is she shy or am I in the friendzone/not interested.

Yeah understandable but why talk to someone one day then cold shoulder then act totally friendly the day after makes no sense.

If you're unable to see her for recreational time, it would be very difficult to have a relationship. It sounds like she enjoys flirting with you but maybe has someone else she is with or not officially with and she knows its wrong? She could be making up her mind on people?

I don't think you're in the friendzone as long as you're flirting with her. Whether or not she's interested, though, or just being friendly is hard to say without seeing her actions. The ignoring you part isn't exactly a good sign : / lol

Just seems strange, one day she'll talk to me in a long conversation next day she'll ignore me then rinse repeat. Almost like a shy girl?

We both do more so her however somedays she just totally ignores me and my intiation.

That's honestly hard to say. She could be shy? Or second-guessing herself (hence the days she doesn't initiate). Or she could go back and forth between whether or not she's interested...

The ONLY way to really find out is to ask her out. There must be a day this month where it would be possible for both of you, no?

No unfortunately we work opposite swings, we both work fly in fly out. So we work 2 weeks on 1 week off and since we're on different swings I only see her once per week at work every other time she's on rest and recreation or i'm on rest and recreation.
