yeah, i was growing up and it was my step-dad majority of the time. physical touch is something i don't like 90% of the time unless im drunk

there's not much my partner can do besides like respecting boundaries or calming me down during an anxiety attack, but i first need to trust him. i'll trust him when it's REPEATED actions showing he gives a shit and like genuinely cares
