Owns his own 4 bedroom house, holiday home at the beach, house in the countryside, a house in spain, rents out two farms of land , rents out ten homes, has his own company as an electrician, a fleet of four vans, buys a new car every year car every year to avoid paying the money to the taxman. Is 6ft4, has a muscular/athletic build, still plays amateur rugby, a college degree in electrical engineering and btecs.

Buys it new every year and the cost gets written off by the taxman. He can buy a new £40,000 car every year or give the taxman £40,000 instead.

We are in Britain, i have no idea what his real net worth. The two farms are worth £4 million together if they were to be sold. He owns four of the houses he owns outright and the other six are mortgaged paid for completely the tenants and are maybe £200,000 each. He built two chicken houses 4 years ago for my park and another on the way, basically he farms the eggs for them.
He has two masey ferguson tractor that cost £100,000 each, a class jaguar forager that cost £180,000 and last year he got £150,000 in government farm grants. He has a few diggers of varying sizes he rents out. That's just the farming stuff that he doesn't really bother with too much. He does really well with his buisness. Honestly he always seems to be making money somewhere at something.

He's 12 years older than me. His financial status is great but when I met him I just thought he was doing OK with a nice car, his own house and decent job but I was really attracted to him. Like if he had been a 5ft10 guy with a belly who wasn't such a sweetheart with good values and didn't go to church but was absolutely minted I wouldn't have been intrested. There was plenty of guys with more money intrested in me. My husband doesn't exactly display his wealth. On our first date he picked me up in his van, he was wearing work boots as he forgot his shoes.

You also got selected by a much older man which validates that women are typically attracted to older men because it takes time for men to build their value.
