Girls, do you sometimes dress SEXILY in order to flirt and to look attractive?

I have a question for women, but first: Consent is extremely important to me. I understand that women don’t always dress for men, but does it sometimes happen that they wear sexy clothes to flirt?

I work in a male-dominated research company with a relaxed atmosphere. A 26-year-old secretary from another department, whom I occasionally talk to for work, used to dress conservatively. We’ve always been nice to each other, but I’m autistic and I'm a geek into science and philosophy, while she’s into fashion, celebrities, and dancing. I never found her attractive before, and she was in a relationship.

After her breakup, she started wearing short skirts and revealing tops. I tried to suppress my attraction, but after seeing her sexy Instagram pictures, I commented on them. One particular photo, where she posed in sexy lingerie while reading a Formula 1 magazine, blew me away. I wrote that she was "irresistible," and to my surprise, she liked my comments like she liked those of many other guys.

Later, she asked for help with a computer issue. Normally, I would decline due to my workload, but when I saw her short black skirt well above her knees, I tried to say no but I just couldn’t. While helping her, I asked about her Instagram. She laughed and said:

"AFTER HAVING BEEN STUCK FOR ONE YEAR IN A KIND OF PRISON, IT IS GREAT TO FEEL GIRLY, FLIRTY AND DESIRED AGAIN AND TO KNOW THAT I HAVE A LOT OF CHOICE!"
I was stunned by her honesty but didn't insist.

Since then, she wears sexy outfits daily, and my male colleagues often talk about her and her body and try to flirt with her and I can't help but gaze at her and feel overwhelmed by my desires for her.

I've two questions:
1) Do you think she's aware of the fact I badly want to sleep with her and what should I do?
2) Do you sometimes dress YOURSELF sexily in order to look attractive to men and to flirt around? Or is she an outlier among young women?

So she posted other pictures of her in sexy underwear in the morning. I wanted to be sure and since I know she's always very kind to me, I send her a PM: "Hey, do you know that every guy who sees that is wondering if you're free in the evening?" She just sent me two laughing smileys.
I then saw her at work... in miniskirt... but she just told me to be careful with my back pain.
I wanna so badly to sleep with her. What can I do?

I want to feel good and confident, and one of the ways of achieving that is by wearing clothes you enjoy wearing. Despite what some men think, most of us dress for ourselves and nobody else.

I agree that's often true but in her PARTICULAR case, since she also said that she wants to feel "FLIRTY AND DESIRED AGAIN" and "HAVE A LOT OF CHOICE", doesn't that make it quite likely she enjoys being desired by lots of guys after having had very bad experiences with her ex? I'm average-looking so I don't expect at all her to desire me, and that's fine lol :-)

The statement she made clearly said she was dressing for herself. Yes, she enjoys the attention. No, she doesn’t necessarily want you specifically.

But if her effects on men doesn't matter, it seems a bit weird she likes all these male comments on her insta and thanks them.
Again, that doesn't mean I think that I or any other guy is "entitled to sex", it's up to her to choose and anyone who doesn't accept her choice is a sexual harasser!
