Am I stuck in a game or is there something genuine?

I am 21, and have a bit of a problem here.
There is this girl and whenever I am with her in person there is no doubt she likes me like I am 100% sure. And others tell me it must be, even random people.

But ever since the first time she saw me in person, she started to leave me on delivered. And she would reply super fast before that. I know for sure that she is not ‘busy’ and that it is on purpose as I know a ton of people that know her and they get responses and I think she also uses that.

But whenever I see her in person, things are great (in the club, running into her, drinks at a bar with friends, group activities). I feel like she is playing a game and it doesn’t affect me in the way it should maybe? It just has me wondering and it is the reason I am hesitant to make a move.

In a way I feel played, in a way I feel a victim of her doubt, in a way i feel like i should stop being a chicken and get that closure.

But first I need some opinions

Just make the move already, or stop liking her. And you probably won't do the latter so make the move. What do you think will happen if you don't 3 years from now? You'll still be wondering. So mess it up even, but stop guessing. Less guessing, more doing.

Cheers! Mind you, I don't know if it's gonna work out. You know, confidence isn't belief in success. It's willing to fail. Fail fail fail. So just do it. It'll make you better either way. Only thing that makes a man weak is being worried about falling off a horse so much that he never gets on it. Get on the damned horse already. Yeah, of course you might break your neck. No one lives forever. But a life of staring at a horse wishing what could have been is way worse than getting on top of it.

Be willing to fail. That's a good strategy for whole life stuff, not just girls. And you'll succeed even more than when you're afraid of trying in the first place.

Hmm we can never know what goes on her mind. I think if you like her and you also know she likes you then it’s time to just let her know. She might just be waiting on you to make a move on her, so she’s “playing it cool” by taking a while to respond back to you so she doesn’t come across as too eager.

It’s funny because this always makes me do the opposite, so i hold back myself too in those cases.

Thing is at the beginning of our contact (she reached out) she was unavailable.

We know each other for a longer time and it often went like this but she keeps me guessing too much or acts like we’re friends just to later tell me or for me to hear she was actually into me.
