Why can't they teach boys to not get "distracted". And teach them not to see girls as a sex objects, instead of blaming their actions their mindset to others and punishing them?

If someone tempt to kill someone by seeing blood, is it blood's fault to tempt them?

Is the girl problem or her outfit? Or the mentality of person who is sexualizing it?

Suppose if a boy see his own sister in leggings would that too would "distract" him? If he will see his mother in leggings would that also "distract" him?

It is complete ridiculous and nonsensical.

I hate it such a world and such mentality of people living here.

No they aren't a distraction unless boys are raised to view girls as sexual toys.

I hate leggings, but I would not propose to ban them.

Speaking as a man, your legs are one of your best physical assets. Why cover them in leggings?

They can be, just like skinny jeans, but when I was in school, I was mostly distracted by girls in shorts, during the gym class ;)
