I think some wear them, because they are comfortable, but TOTALLY inappropriate in an 'OFFICE' or 'Work' place!!
Others wear them for attention, from 'certain guys', and if you aren't one of the 'chosen' you get the 'Bitchy Resting Face' at best!!
Ladies, anything that is conforming, tight, and showing off your curves is going to get attention from everyone! It's like a 'DUMB BOMB' and catches everything!!
I've seen many, wearing VERY PROVOCATIVE, VERY TIGHT, REVEALING leggings, give me a look, or say something like 'FCK OFF!'
Don't show it off, if you don't want everyone to see, or respond to you!
DEFINITELY, MOTHERS, don't let your under-age daughters wear these skin tight things!!
Aren't there enough pedophiles in your neighborhoods, without letting your daughters 'ADVERTISE' to their perversions?
I would NEVER, EVER let a daughter of mine, EVER wear tight leggings, without a skirt, and NEVER, EVER let her wear thongs!!
There is NO GOOD REASON, for any young lady, under 18 to EVER, EVER wear thongs!!
The companies that make them should be prosecuted for 'Aiding and Abetting Pedophiles!!

Well this girl in my class wore leggings "because i don't like our school pants" (or she just wants attention? I don't know lol) and the guys were teasing her about it like "ooh she trying to look sexy" in a joking way but tbh I don't know

Well it a mixture of both. Girls know if they wear leggings that guys are going to look so it a conscience decision to wear them. but regardless unless the girl has no meat on her legs/ass, they make any girl butt look attractive it seems like.

But when you want your ass to look attractive, you wear tight leggings that scrunch up in the ass crack. Yes, Men know that women absolutely wear leggings for attention from Men.
