Ladies would saving your life change anything?

I feel like so often in movies and tv for so long now the a girl seems to magically fall in love with a guy who saves her. And I don't know why but in my head for a long time I thought when will I have my chance lol when will I save my princess but realistically thinking that would probably not change anything sure she’d be grateful but even if interest rose out the situation there not guarantee it’d be for the right reasons you know?

Like does she like me now cause of my bravo or or whatever or cause she feels like she’d owe I wouldn’t want that the whole concept after thinking about it just seems a bit superficial while at the same time not because your still saving someone’s life but I don't know maybe that’s just a theory a love theory.

Well, yes I have also seen in many movies about the woman who falls in love with the man who saved her life. Although that is possible in real life as well but highly unlikely though. Maybe 1% there is a chance this can happen.
