Why am I dreaming about this lady every night?

I keep dreaming about this lady I know, as in she keeps popping up in my dreams. In reality she and I get along very well, she remembers details about me and she says hello to me a little differently as oppose to other customers. However, for some she has gone a little quieter with, especially since she has been coming up in mu dreams.
