There's a girl I'm friends with. We're just friends. I haven't shown any interest in her or anything and I'm not interested. We have each other's numbers we'll text now and then. I have her on Facebook and linkedin too. Her profile came up on instagram, probably because we have each other's numbers. I decided to follow her, figure it's okay, we are friends. It's private so it says requested. It's been a few days and it still shows requested. Didn't think much of it at first but then I noticed it seems she may have followed and been followed since I put in there request, so I think she ignored mine. Why would she do that? Like I said we're friends, we have each other's numbers and on other platforms and all.

Ask her instead of wondering why she'd do that, because it'll drive you crazy wondering when you can get the answer right from her, text her and ask.!

Could she have just missed seeing it? Like the most recent ones are on top. And the day I sent follow request she wasn't checking it.

yeah I don't know why she ignored it lol. were friends and all. I just texted her last week and she responded. and shell text me too. its clearly friendly at the very least but I've never done anything to show interest lol. oh well. ill still keep in contact with her and not mention it. just seems odd. at the very least I thought shed accept it and not follow me back. thing is is mines private also. and you can't tell its me on my profile pic and my instagram name is my full name, but I go by a nickname. she's never called me by my full name. I don't know lol.
