The other day, a woman holds my hand with both her hands.

I've only done that a few times. But mainly wanting to be closer or comfortable enough with you for her to give you her full attention to what she is doing. Like her grabbing your hand with both of hers trying to lead you somewhere or thanking you and meaning it.
