Hey, it's totally okay to not like to be referred by a specific word. But sometimes we have to be thick skinned to maintain relationships. Bitch is a casual word and most likely, your friend has used it in a friendly manner, especially because she laughed after it. However, the way it was used matters. You were present there so, only you know in what tone it was uttered. If you feel like she meant it, you should definitely tell her about your boundaries. Tell her that it makes you uncomfortable. If she's really a "friend" she'll understand.

Personally, my friends use abusive language towards me all the time, but that's very normal in male friendships and we will be called a pussy if we tried talking against it. We use sense of humour to neutralize it. Like if my friend said "you're such a bitch", I'd reply "living in a pack has made me one too".
