Why would he say that because it kind of hurt my feelings and I liked him so I wanted him to think I'm a sweet girl not some bitch! /:

It's because a lot of female idols started calling themselves "Bad B" so he thought it was a compliment most likely since certain women are already calling themselves that and think it's a high compliment.
Which I don't personally understand calling yourself a bad B is like calling your self a bad dog and what they're selling is that they wanna keep being put down in a catchy fun way
