What shall I do with this woman?

There is a young woman I have knew for a few years, but that I have barely meet. We generally meet at certain events during the summer by accident.

Last year she started to show signs of wanting to get to know me better, but at the time I had a girlfriend. When she found me she hold my hand, and asked me to join her at future events.

This year I found her on a pub, and she asked me again to join on a yoga festival we generally attend. Yet when she asked her which days she will be attended, she told me she didn't know.

I decided to attend two days, out of three, to have a higher chance of meeting her. Although I didn't really liked to do so without knowing when she was going to come.

She finally came the last day, and told me that the previous day she had a dinner, but for the rest of the days she was just doing nothing at home.

She also told me she doesn't usually follow the poses the yoga teacher suggests, but that she does whatever she wants.

Our interaction was kind of hot and cold. Some moments she talked with me, and took photos with me, some others she just completely ignored me, disappeared for a long time, and frequently talked to other people giving me the back.

She talked with me about topics like how she sees life, relationships and sex.

While being in the festival all shorts of women approached me, and even tried to flirt with me in front of her. Yet I decided to stay with her, but she rather disappeared.

When the festival finished in the afternoon, I asked her and her friends to have a walk, to which she declined.

Then I grabbed my bike with further due, then she asked me to have my contact. Later in the night she send me her contact back, with some photos we took.

Next day I sent her a simple playful test, asking if she would like to go out sometime. But for 5 days she hasn't replied anything.
