When I was younger I would just let things build up inside me then explode when I've reached my breaking point. Now after my heart attack, I tend to let loose immediately and get it off my chest

Yeah, I’m learning that that’s not the greatest and actually I’ve become the opposite where I need to go ahead on an address things in the beginning instead of after and I am definitely being kind of paying prices for that. It’s all good to own up to my mistakes on certain situations, I Just know that I can’t keep being angry

I think I understand what you're saying. Basically that we are wiser now and so we don't put up with people's bullshit as much. Because we can more easily recognize when someone is lying.
(And we can also more easily recognize when someone is incompetent.)
