I have no idea. I don't think I ever came across such a person. I very seldom go on beaches where men walk topless and where I live, they cover themselves. I just hate this display of meat on beaches and that is (among other things) one of the reasons why I don't go to beaches.

Since I don't look at people's bodies, I don't think it would make any difference whether a man has larger than normal breasts. Also, I don't live in the US and in my place, it is less common to have obese people walking around.
