It’s a perfectly normal, natural expression of emotion. Why do so many of us resist the impulse to cry? The fact that we try so hard to not cry makes those people and experiences that do make us cry that much more compelling. So who or what makes you cry?
Oh I'm a crier, gotten a lot tougher over the years tho, I don't hide in the bathroom crying at work anymore. 😂
But here's a few things that can make me cry: movies, loss of someone, beautiful moments (happy tears), missing someone, nostalgia, people being mean (again gotten a lot tougher here), books, podcasts, games - just stories in general, music, anxiety about the future or past (again lot better).
