YES ALWAYS! small or big doesn't matter, small like choosing a menu! as for big ones, cause i overthink a lot and worst case scenarios always have the upper hand. so it makes it so hard for me to come up with a solid and easy made decision. then after acting upon thay decision i'll have a very rough time waiting for the result.
