Talking to blue anons on a website like this one.
Having multiple children with several different men and then complaining that men ain’t crap
What do you think would make them stop that?
Having fathers and therapy
Lmao women are shamed for everything dude
They are not shamed for being Shy like Men are.
Yes they are, women are shamed for being shy because that means she doesn’t have the willpower to stand up for herself and she’s just a human doormat. The problem is she’s also shamed for standing up for herself because it means she’s a bitch
If women were truly shamed the same way men are for being shy, you’d see it affect their dating chances just as much. But in reality, shy women are still approached, pursued, and given opportunities in dating, while shy men are more likely to be ignored or rejected outright. That difference shows the ‘shame’ isn’t equal.
Society still views shy men as weak, but shy women as approachable or even cute.
Women being approached happens because of hypersexualization. They don’t choose for that to happen. If your life revolves around dating and you associate that with shame, that sounds like a talk to have with a therapist than a pissing competition over which gender gets more shame by society
Your right women being approached happens because of hypersexualization, but that still means even shy women aren’t ignored — they still get noticed and asked out. For shy men it’s different: no one approaches them, so their shyness makes them almost invisible. Women are in the position of being seen and chosen, while men have to build up the courage to approach first, risk rejection every single time, and accept that staying quiet means staying unseen. That’s why for men the grass really does look greener on the other side of the fence.
No shy women don’t get approached, I’m a living one and yet some how I haven’t been approached or asked on a date before.
@aquamint I believe you, and I’m not saying every shy woman gets approached. But the difference is that women are still noticed and considered attractive even when they’re shy, while shy men are often invisible altogether. A shy woman might not get as many approaches, but she doesn’t have to be the one taking all the risk just to be seen. For men, that constant pressure is what makes shyness so much harder.
I like a shy guy, I really like them. More than a guy who is outgoing. But keep in mind there are definitely girls like me who like shy guys, there’s just a mass majority who prefer the other.
But I completely understand, but also keep in mind the pressure guys get for being shy is the same pressure that women get when they haven’t had a boyfriend before as they age
