What are some things older women will do to remain relevant to HV men?

Not sure what you mean be relevant.

Like any wise woman if she looks after herself from her teens years and upwards like myself eating right exercising, maintaining a healthy weight. Avoiding smoking, drinking alcohol, carcinogenic make ups and face creams, pharmaceutical and ilegal drugs, staying out of the sun all of which age a woman. The staying thing thing is important because as women age we naturally put on weight after 30 so if your fat you will get fatter but if you stay thin any extra weight will head to your boobs, butt and thighs instead of your belly.

This way she can still be attractive as she gets older. Of course childbearing and child raising takes a toll but to be honest if a woman isn't married with kids by 30 she's not going to want a so called HV f*ckboy.

A "high value man" depends on your definition of what it is. For me a high value man is a life partner that I can trust and who has values and morals, so as we age together I'll just keep treating him with love and respect. I shouldn't have to be paranoid about him staying or not, and if I am then he isn't a high value man for me. If gets to that point, I prefer to be alone than with someone that sucks the life out of me and he can enjoy his life with younger women who won't give a shit about him. I wouldn't shed a tear for someone like that nor lament anything.

Like I said, the difference is I'm not acting like it's a literal and universal meaning. It has meaning, TO ME. Because it's based on opinion. My definition is valid, yours is too. We just don't agree on it and we don't have to.

@avery58 We'll no. The difference is unlike you it's not "my" definition. You, like most women just think that because you're narrcistic that you're personal opinion has value. The definition I shared was created over 30 years ago and is widely recognized by all men of value. This is partly because men understand that every women is going to say that a HV man is a man that she is currently with, once he leaves her he magically no longer becomes valuable.
