Do women in their twenties or thirties like older men?

What do you mean by older men? I'm 26. A man that is 27 is older. So is a man that is 77. One of those two I would date and the other not so much. I think for the majority of people they tend to date around their own age. There will certainly be those that are outliers and date well beyond their own age in either direction. This question could be posed in the other direction. Do old men like young women if they could get them? I would say that is way more of a true statement than the typical younger girl wanting an older man. Then again as I pointed out it purely depends on your definition of what an older man is. Being in a relationship and engaged none of this really is relevant to me personally

Some do but it’s never about age alone.

Women are drawn to maturity, stability, confidence, and emotional intelligence.

Older men can offer that, but so can younger men who are self-aware and aligned with their energy.

Age is just a number, presence, character, and alignment are what truly attract.
