Not a woman, but not exactly a man

Respect their identity socially

Reject their identity all together

For me they're biologically not a woman. And they will never know how it is to be a woman. And if I hear anyone call me a cis I'm gonna beat them.
But I still do respect other humans and their decisions, it must be awful to feel like you're in the wrong body and I think that's sad.
