I would like to know what everyone thinks of trans women in general. You can focus on which aspect you like just want to know more information. Mostly dating and being out about that relationship.
Not sure if my opinion counts because I'm part of the LGBT community myself, but what the hey.
I've never met a transwoman I didn't get along with. Obviously what should count the most is whether you're a good person or not, and pretty much all the trans people I've known have been really wonderful people that I've been glad to get to know. I'm sure there are massive douchebags in the trans community too, but I've been lucky enough never to meet any.
So I will say I'm kind of sick of all the comments like "mentally ill pretenders" and "there are only three genders -- man, woman and retard" and "so if I think I'm Napoleon that makes it true, because that's totally the same thing" and of course the old "it's just cause of gender roles and you want to adhere to gender stereotypes."
Full respect here. And yes, I'd date a transwoman. If we clicked on a personal level, that's all that matters to me.

Well, I personally think people should be free to live how they choose. I think some of them are very attractive and do look feminine. I think some of them don't look that feminine despite trting really hard too. O do seen to notice, when you talk to them or you read what they are saying to me they still seem to think like men. I think these days Peoole can change their looks effectively with surgeries and hormones. I wouldn't mind a friendship, but would involve myself otherwise either way. I do feel that the figgt to be accepted as women their complaint they are not being accepted as women by men and women is a tough one. Women have a point when they say they have never had a period, or Fallopian tubes, or eggs, or babies they carry in their womb. Some do look prettier than a lot of even cute girls. But, hey with enough money, plastic surgery can do a lot for anyone.
I don't know. I believe people should do what makes them happy, and if that aquires them being comfortable in their own skin by becoming trans, I say go for it.
However most trans women I've seen have taken the "female" game and appearance way too far. If having huge tits, lips, a fake laugh and using tons of makeup defines you as a woman, then I am ashamed to be one. Doing all that stuff to yourself doesn't make you female. I just wish they toned down a little.

A person with a mutilated penis. A trans woman will never be female. They cannot menstruated or get pregnant. They don't have ovaries or breasts meant to feed a child. But they can continue to live in their dilusion.
I've always wondered what goes through the minds of those trans people who are never going to look anything like the gender they wish to become. I occasionally see these petite girls with little feminine faves who want to become transmen, and I say to myself, "can't you tell this is never going to work?"
I don't have any strong feelings regarding them either way, people can do whatever they want with their own body and I'm not going to treat them worse for it. Now I don't personally view them as being the same as a woman who was born female and don't feel attracted to them at all however.
I think they're ok but at the same time a lot of them are just attention whores. I wouldn't consider them truly women (they're like something in-between) and a lot of them want to be treated exactly like one (when they say I'm like other woman) but just not how things are.
They're people like everyone else. The ones that I met or seen online are more feminine and ladylike than my girlfriend and most of my friends who are girls. I hang out with tons of tomboy.
